  • Accountants, auditors, transport partners and public authorities — where necessary to perform a contract or to comply with a legal obligation
Where any of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
